Since 1976, the West Tennessee Chapter of ABC has represented the interests of commercial construction. Through eras of tremendous economic growth and recession, political and social turmoil, and changing trends and technology, WTCABC has been there to support of members in the growth and improvement of their businesses.

Mike Carpenter -- President mike@wtcabc.org
Mike Carpenter is the chapter's chief executive officer and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the chapter. Mike served as Executive Director from January 2001 to June 2002 and rejoined the chapter in October of 2003.
In 2006, with chapter’s blessing, Mike campaigned for and was elected to Shelby County Board of Commissioners. Mike has an extensive background in politics having consulted on more than 50 campaigns at the local state and national levels. Mike has also worked as a lobbyist locally and at the state capitol and in public relations.
Brenda Qualls -- Business Manager and Director of Education and Safety brenda@wtcabc.org
Brenda Qualls has been with ABC since March of 2003. She is responsible for financial management and oversees the chapter's education and safety programs. She administers the chapter's BAT-approved electrical apprenticeship program, commercial carpentry program and all other chapter educational offerings.
Erin Murphy -- Director of Member Services erin@wtcabc.org
Erin Murphy serves as the primary link between the members and the chapter. She is responsible for new member recruitment, member retention, special event coordination and customer service. Erin also organizes the chapter's networking and business development events.
Erin Murphy is not new to ABC. Prior to coming to the West Tennessee Chapter, Erin served as Director of Member Services for the Kentuckiana Chapter, which included the entire state of Kentucky and part of Indiana.
Cindy Robbins -- Administrative Assistant cindy@wtcabc.org
Cindy Robbins has been with ABC since September of 2003. Cindy helps keep the "trains running on time" and is instrumental in assuring ABC meetings and events are well-attended and successful. Cindy is responsible for the dissemination of the weekly bid list and safety tool box talks.
