According to recent reports, the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor will be increasing its investigation and enforcement staff by more than 40%, going from 700 investigators currently to 1,200.  Mr. Shields will be sharing some highlights about this new development and how it specifically impacts contractors.
