Creel Development, Inc. is a general contractor located in Meridian, MS.  Creel has been selected by a local client to manage the repair work on a large private property located in the West Memphis area.  The project consists of repairing (7) free standing structures that each received extensive water damage from the recent flood.  The duration of the project is approximately 6 months and is expected to start within the next few weeks.  Creel is currently searching for a qualified and responsible project manager or superintendent to assist in the management of this project.  Qualified candidates should have experience in commercial or residential construction management, have strong field experience, and the ability to manage several projects at one time.   The scope of work for each structure consists of the following:

·         Selective Demolition

·         Moisture & Mold Abatement

·         New Interior & Exterior Finishes

·         Mechanical Repair

·         Electrical Repair

·         Plumbing Repair

·         Misc. Sitework
