State Issues
For more than 30 years, ABC has been a force in Nashville. Across the state, the three ABC chapters combine to form the Tennessee Construction Coalition (TCC). The voice of TCC and our lobbyists is respected by legislators on both sides of the aisle and throughout state government.
The legislative session ended in June. In a matter of days, WTCABC will post a complete report on legislation passed by the Tennessee General Assembly with commentary regarding how these issues impact construction.
